Zhao Yanjun

Senior Engineer, Master's Supervisor. A recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of National Machine Tool & Equipment Group Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Zhengzhou Abrasives, Grinding Tools and Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd., Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools, Vice President of the China Machine Tool Industry Association, Henan Province Youth Science and Technology Expert, Henan Province Academic and Technical Leader, and Member of the Technical Committee of the Abrasive Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering. Has long been engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of superhard abrasives, completing more than 20 major scientific research projects including major national science and technology projects, national science and technology support plans, national strengthening foundation projects, national intelligent manufacturing new model projects, and scientific research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Published 28 papers and holds 85 authorized invention patents. Has received 17 national and provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including one second-prize National Science and Technology Progress Award (as the third contributor), two first-prize provincial and ministerial awards (as the first contributor), and one China Patent Excellence Award.

Shang Hongmo

Senior Engineer, recipient of the State Council Special Allowance for Government Experts, Sichuan Provincial Academic and Technological Leader, and expert of the National Major Science and Technology Project. Former Chairman of Chengdu Tool Research Institute Co., Ltd., Senior Executive of China National Machine Tool Corporation, Executive Vice President of China Mechanical Industry Metal Cutting Tool Technology Association, Director of the Cutting Professional Committee of the Production Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, Director of the National Tool Standardization Technical Committee, and Chief Editor of the core journal "Tool Technology". Long-term engagement in tool standardization, R&D and industrialization, and technology management. Led and participated in 7 national manufacturing projects, major national science and technology projects, and key national research and development plans. Led and participated in the formulation and revision of more than 40 national or industry standards. Awarded 5 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards.

Xu Xipeng

Doctor of Engineering, Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Doctoral Supervisor, and current Party Secretary of Huaqiao University. He has long been engaged in research on the high-efficiency and precision processing of two typical hard and brittle materials: stone and semiconductor optoelectronic materials. He is the leader of the Ministry of Science and Technology's key area innovation team and the head of the national Huang Danian-style teacher team in universities; a recipient of the State Council's special allowance, a National Outstanding Youth Science Fund winner, and a national leader in scientific and technological innovation; and has received numerous honors including the "National May 1 Labor Medal," "National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker," "Fujian Province Advanced Worker," "Fujian Province Outstanding Science and Technology Talent," and "Fujian Province Leading Talent in Higher Education." He has presided over more than 30 scientific research projects, including the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund project. As the first completer, he has won the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the Ministry of Education's Natural Science First Prize, the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology First Prize, and the Technological Invention First Prize. His main academic posts include former chairman of the International Abrasive Technology Committee, director of the National Abrasive Technology Committee, chairman of the Fujian Provincial Mechanical Engineering Society, Associate Editor of Intl J. Abrasive Tech., and deputy director of the editorial board of the English version of the Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Diamond and Abrasive Tools Engineering.

Wang Chengyong

Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, the first Ministry of Education's Course Ideological and Political Education Teaching Master, Teaching Team and Demonstration Project Leader, the first batch of national first-class undergraduate course leader, concurrently serving as a member of the Ministry of Education's Mechanical Engineering Curriculum Teaching Steering Committee, director of the Guangdong Provincial Undergraduate Colleges and Universities Mechanical Engineering Professional Teaching Steering Committee, winner of the Guangdong Provincial Higher Education Teaching Master Award; currently serving as the director of the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Minimally Invasive Surgical Instrument Design and Precision Manufacturing (MisIMT), etc., enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council. He has long been engaged in research on the theory, tools, processes, and equipment for the processing of difficult-to-machine materials. He has presided over 14 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects (including 3 key projects and 2 original exploration projects), authorized more than 100 national invention patents, and several research achievements have been industrialized. As the first completer, his achievements have won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (2019), the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award (2018), the first prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (2020, 2014), and the second prize of the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Award (2009). In 2021, he won the Guangdong Provincial Ding Ying Science and Technology Award.
