Postdoctoral Research Workstation Introduction

The Zhengzhou Abrasives, Grinding Tools and Grinding Research Institute's postdoctoral research workstation was established in December 2014, approved by the National Postdoctoral Management Committee Office (document number: Boguanban [2014] 88). Since its establishment, the workstation has consistently focused on attracting and cultivating high-level scientific and technological personnel specializing in the manufacturing technology of superhard materials and their products and grinding technology, improving the company's overall technological strength, and promoting industry technological development. It boasts superior research conditions and a work environment, and leverages the company's national key laboratory and national engineering technology research center, among other high-level innovation platforms, striving to develop the postdoctoral workstation into a base for fundamental, original, forward-looking, and applied technologies, as well as a cradle for cultivating high-level academic talents at Zhengzhou Sanmo Institute.

Research Directions:

1. Research on the grinding mechanism of superhard material products;
2. Research on advanced design, preparation, and application technologies of high-performance grinding tools;
3. Research on the synthesis and application of new functional materials using high-temperature, high-pressure/discharge plasma sintering methods;
4. Research on cutting-edge application technologies of functional diamonds;

Benefits Provided:

1. During the postdoctoral research period, the workstation fully funds the project research, with the amount depending on the project;
2. During the period of stay, excellent salary and benefits are provided; the specific amount will be discussed in person;
3. The workstation provides postdoctoral fellows with professional supervisors and excellent research conditions;
4. The workstation assists postdoctoral fellows in applying for Zhengzhou's on-site living subsidies and resettlement subsidies after completing their postdoctoral work.
