National Grinding Material and Tool Industry Measurement and Testing Center established! The first of its kind for the National Machinery Industry Group.

On May 20, the National Abrasive and Grinding Tools Industry Measurement and Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"), established based on the national key laboratory (Zhengzhou Abrasive, Grinding Tools and Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd.), was officially inaugurated. Wang Jianfang, member of the Party group and vice director of the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and Yan Ning, chairman and general manager of National Machine Tool Diamond (Henan) Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled the center. The establishment of the center marks the official operation of the first national-level industrial measurement and testing center approved by the National Machinery Industry Group and the only one in Henan Province.
The center closely focuses on the development needs of the abrasive and grinding tools industry, taking the improvement of the quality of abrasive and grinding tools products as its core goal. It focuses on solving the technical bottlenecks in the industry's measurement and testing, such as "inaccurate measurement, inability to measure, incomplete measurement, and slow measurement." By accelerating the deep integration of innovative achievements and industries, strengthening the measurement and testing technical services of the entire industrial chain, the entire traceability chain, and the entire life cycle of products, and simultaneously carrying out forward-looking measurement and innovation services, the center strives to build a new model of industrial measurement and testing services and fully build a quality and technology foundation to support the development of the national abrasive and grinding tools industry.
The center will lead the research on measurement and testing technology in China's abrasive and grinding tools industry, promote the technological upgrading of the abrasive and grinding tools industry, improve the measurement and testing capabilities and levels of the abrasive and grinding tools industry, improve the quantity transmission and traceability system of the abrasive and grinding tools industry, and promote the high-quality development of the abrasive and grinding tools industry. As the first national-level industrial measurement and testing center approved by the group and the only one in Henan Province, it will also play a leading and exemplary role in helping the group and Henan Province build a new industrial measurement and testing system.
